By Rail: The Paragon Interchange provides links to all major rail networks, with services provided by GNER, Arriva Trains and Hull Trains, which offer a direct service to London Kings Cross.  (The Train Line)

By Coach: Coaches to Hull are available via National Express and link with other national and European services.  The coach terminal is located in the Paragon Interchange.  Coaches to London terminate at Victoria Station.

By Sea: Hull is the only British Port for P&O North Sea Ferries, with overnight services to Holland and Belgium .  The ferry terminal is located approximately 3.5 miles (5.5 km) from the city centre.

By Air: Humberside International Airport is located approximately 20 miles from Hull city centre, with a regular coach service provided.

Directions to the University

The University can be approached from York by the A1079 and via the M62 and A63.

 

From the M62 & A63:

Travel along the A63, take the A15 Humber Bridge Exit

At the first roundabout go straight on

At the second roundabout turn left onto the A164 - there is a sign saying Universities

At the next roundabout go straight on

After 2.3 miles the next roundabout will appear, go straight on - there is a fuel station on either side and a Jarvis Hotel on the right

At the next mini roundabout go straight on

At the next roundabout turn right onto Castle Road following signs for Castle Hill Hospital - Drive to the end of Castle Road, passing the hospital on the left.  At the bottom, turn left at the mini roundabout onto South Street

At the next roundabout go straight on - Priory Road on on your right

At the next roundabout turn right into Hull Road (B1233), bear left remaingin on Hull Road

At the next roundabout go straight on

You are now on Cottingham Road - the Universities main entrance is approximately 0.25 miles on your left
