Hull Reading Group

  

Our monthly group reads books specifically by local authors, books set in Hull, books about Hull and books about Hull people. All you will need to get involved is a love for, or curiosity about, the city of Hull, and a desire to read great books.

We have read everything from Winifred Holtby to Linda Acaster, from crime fiction to historical romance. Call in, e-mail or telephone us to find out more and register your interest.

Sessions are held on the last Saturday of the month between 11am and 12pm.

26th May - 'Hammonds of Hull: a store of good things for the family and home' by John Markham 

30th June - 'Mosaic: the novel' by Clive Ashman

We welcome new members and occasionally we are lucky enough to welcome guest authors.
