Lost trawlermen

This list (in PDF format) is the work of Mr Brian Langley of Hull, and lists Hull-born fishermen and those serving on Hull-registered vessels who were lost at sea from the 1860s up to 2000.

Derived from a wide variety of sources, including articles in local newspapers, fishing vessel log books, the Tower Hill Memorial and the records of Newland Homes (formerly the Sailors Homes Orphanage), it provides a complete a list as possible of all those local men who lost their lives.
