Prof Raphael Cohen-Almagor is Reader in medical

the Advisory Board, Centre for the Advancement of Non-Racialism and
Democracy, Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University, South Africa;
and of the International Advisory and Research Council of the
Inter-University Center for Middle East Studies, Washington
