Successful teaching techniques: does size matter?
Thursday 23rd June 2005
Leeds Metropolitan University Headingley Campus
A day of presentations, workshops and opportunities to exchange
experiences and good ideas for those interested in or involved with
delivering information skills teaching. The programme draws upon
the experience of practitioners in HE and other professionals.
The day will look at ways of dealing with large groups in the
context of information skills teaching. The programme was devised
in response to feedback from previous seminars and there will be
theoretical as well as practical sessions. The sixth in a series of
Yorkshire Universities’ seminars, the day has again a simple aim
for the information skills practitioners taking part:to help us to
do it better!
