Brooklands Photographic Society will once again hold their annual exhibition at the Hull History Centre in March and April. Brooklands PS is the Hull area's largest photography interest club and meets for 46 weeks of the year at the Methodist Church in Sutton on Hull.
The society was founded in 1968 as the staff photography club of Reckitts in Dansom Lane in Hull. A move to the Brooklands Pavilion in 1982 gave the club its current name.
The 2020 exhibition features over 120 images taken by the club's members, and every member who sumitted work for the exhibition has had something accepted for display. All subjects are covered and the standard this year is particularly high. The exhibition runs from March 17th to April 4th and is open during the History Centre's normal opening hours.
Last year over 600 people came to see the exhibition and we are hoping for as many people to attend this year.
